this is a real picture taken at the entrance to an exhibit on Broadway in Manhattan.

the exhibit was for the museum of sex, as the title states, and this disclaimer was meant more to entice people to see the exhibit then to state rules of entrance.

I did not go inside, as i had my then 13 year old son with me, and it was 18+ only.
